PIG ‘N’ WHISTLE, REDBANK PLAINS

Construction of a new bar and dining venue at the Town Square precinct.

Ridgemill provided project management services for the new venue at Redbank Plains which incorporates the following facilities:
– 2 bars (14m main bar, 5m side bar) – including installation of beer conduit/post-mix conduit locations/requirements as well as coordination with builder for python rough-in and beer tap/post-mix gun fit off
– Indoor restaurant dining for 650+ patrons
– Outdoor dining including banquette seating, loose furniture seating, green walls, various planters
– Full commercial kitchen installation and separate external wood-fired smoker
– Stage/entertainment zone services for live music allowed for in recessed floor boxes to allow for temporary stages to be established as necessary and where necessary
– Provision made for projectors, internal and external TV systems, internal and external sound system
– Provision of all necessary works for installation of 39 poker machines

The works required ongoing communication with numerous consultants including: Liquor Licencing consultant, gaming consultant, and management of DA for external signage.
