New 144 bed aged care facility at Buderim on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.
Ridgemill provided full project management services (development and cost management included) through to final completion and handover for this 144 bed residential care development featuring:
– Lower ground level: staff administration areas, meeting rooms and lounge, storerooms, kitchen with associated storerooms, and a maintenance workshop
– Ground level: reception area, staff rooms, nurse station, guest en-suite bedrooms and dining hall
– Level 1: staff rooms, nurse station, multi-purpose room, hair salon, resident’s lounge, guest en suite bedrooms and dining hall
– External landscaping including gardens and shade structures
