Upgrade and expansion to the existing club.
Southside Sport & Community Club selected Ridgemill to undertake project management and superintendency services for the delivery of the expansion works to their existing premises. The works included provision of additional dining, lounge and cafe areas, expansion of the administration areas, new customer service zone and additional parking areas.
Ridgemill’s involvement with the Club stems back to the original conversion from a bingo hall in 2000, and we have continued to provide advice on the ongoing development for this worthy, community based partnership.
