Collectively, our team offers a wealth of construction industry experience with many of our Project Managers utilising their trade background and technical knowledge to assist our clients in the successful delivery of their projects.

Working closely with the wider project team, we bring an open approach to communication, innovation to problem solving and a strong focus on working together as one towards a common goal.

Robert Jennings - Director

Australian Institute of Management MDP | Member Australian Institute of Company Directors | Member The Executive Committee

Responsible for driving Ridgemill’s profitable growth and strategic direction, along with developing key business relationships, Robert is directly involved in all of Ridgemill’s projects.

He has over 30+ years construction industry experience in delivering high quality new and redevelopment projects. Prior to Ridgemill, Robert fulfilled the role of State Manager for a national construction management company, responsible for 100 staff and over $150 million annual turnover.

Robert’s clients have included commercial, government and private entities with project exposure covering a variety of industries, including tourism, hospitality, retail, health, residential, aged care, education and mining.

Tony Lewis - Project Director

Bachelor of Building (Construction Management) | Associate Diploma of Applied Science (Building) | Member, Australian Institute of Project Management

Involved in managerial roles in the building and construction industry since 1996, Tony gained extensive practical experience through his trade qualifications and from working with large-scale contractors prior to specialising in project management.

Tony combines expert knowledge of the practical aspects of development and refurbishment works with sound management principles and a well developed appreciation of the strategic aspects of project delivery. His strong technical understanding and expertise in contract administration, risk mitigation, construction management and quality assurance, allows him to take a hands-on approach to project management.

Tony has delivered a number of large-scale, new build projects encompassing extensive stakeholder management and complex delivery components.

Steve Watkins - Senior Project Manager

Diploma in Project Management | Registered Workplace Health and Safety Officer | Member, Australian Institute of Project Management

Steve is one of the longest-serving members of the Ridgemill team and has gained a wealth of experience over his long career. With a focus on functional operation, he is a live-site specialist who thinks outside of the box to deliver innovative solutions that are cost effective and meet all user group requirements.

Offering extensive experience in education, tourism, hospitality, community, health, residential and education projects, Steve is able to provide great insight into the requirements of various projects, and identify value-adding opportunities to the benefit of our clients.  

Robert Empson - Senior Project Manager

Graduate Certificate in Building Management | Bachelor of Building Science | National Diploma in Architectural Technology

Robert’s experience and calm considered style, supported by his attention to detail and accuracy, offers a methodological approach to project delivery. He has worked on projects in a number of industry sectors including education, residential, tourism, sport and recreation, commercial, industrial, retail and aviation.

He plays an active part in the majority of our projects utilising his specialist programming expertise and understanding of project delivery to produce effective master programs that consider all project challenges, highlight potential risks, and allow the identification of mitigation strategies to eliminate adverse impacts to delivery timeframes.

Diane Seres - Project Manager

Throughout her 30+ year career, Diane has undertaken a variety of roles within the construction industry – builder, consultant, client and project manager. This exposure to all elements of project delivery has given Diane the unique ability to understand complex and potentially challenging situations from the viewpoint of all parties and, as a result, she is able to effectively problem solve to achieve a satisfactory outcome for all stakeholders.

Diane’s direct, open and honest approach has contributed to the successful delivery of a number of multi-faceted and demanding projects in a variety of industry sectors: health, education, commercial, residential and utilities. She has both metropolitan and remote experience for private and public clients, including working within Government departments as an in-house consultant advising on planning and design of capital works projects.

Bradley Hill - Project Manager

Bachelor of Construction Management – QS | Diploma in Construction Management – CM | Advance Trade Carpentry | Trade Certificate in Carpentry

Bradley has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and has worked on projects ranging from $3M – $350M in a variety of sectors: industrial, aged-care, high density and luxury residential, multi-use developments, commercial fitouts, education and health.

His understanding of these sectors, and the specific challenges and opportunities that each one presents, allows him to efficiently progress projects with little to no impact to programme. Bradley operates in a transparent and collaborative fashion which provides confidence and reassurance to our clients that they have full visibility on project governance, financial status, commercial risks and stakeholder responsibilities.

Mark King - Project Manager

B App Sci – Construction Management

Mark has over 29 years’ construction industry experience and has delivered over $190M in projects over the past 12 years.

As a Client-side Project Manager/Superintendent, Mark’s experience spans a range of projects including: large scale commercial, retail and industrial developments, commercial office and tenancy fit-outs, residential developments both green field and redevelopment of existing buildings.

He is experienced in both Project Manager and Superintendent roles and has undertaken the full range of project management service provision. His understanding of delivery frameworks, legislation and industry requirements spans a broad range of industries and he is able to effectively work within a variety of sectors.

Gerard O'Keeffe - Project Manager

Diploma of Project Management | Certificate IV in Project Management | Apprectiveship – Electrical Fitter Mechanic

Gerard has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and played an integral role within the Department of Education, commencing in 2008 as a Principal Project Coordinator and working his way to a Program Manager, and Manager Special Programs, leading a team of 10 staff to delivery a total of 103 projects, with expenditure in excess of $395 Million.

Gerard possesses knowledge of Government processes, and Education specific processes, means that each project that he delivers for Ridgemill progresses seamlessly.

Amanda Butler - Senior Project Support Officer

Associate Degree in Business

Amanda provides daily support in a variety of contract administration processes to assist in effectively delivering project commitments.

Her efficient provision of project management services for all project stakeholders – client, contractor, external consultants and end users – facilitates a collaborative approach throughout the life-cycle of a project which in turn creates effective working relationships.

Her strong office administration background and process-driven approach further enhances her ability to service our clients by providing efficient cost management services and contract administration support.

Jessica Furness - Senior Project Support Officer

Diploma of Building & Construction – Management (currently studying) | Certificate IV – Project Management Practice

Jessica has fulfilled demanding roles within Coordinator and Project Practitioner roles, providing a high level of support to the construction teams and ensuring quality and consistency across all projects.

Supporting the Project Managers to deliver their project commitments effectively, Jessica possesses a high attention to detail, ensuring the team are supported to be able to focus on their on-site and day-to-day commitments.

Jessica has a thorough understanding on client’s needs and requirements, with the ability to build a rapport to ensure that their requirements are met and exceeded at any opportunity. Her aim is to continually increase the amount of input that she puts into every Project that Ridgemill delivers to continue to grow her career within the business.

Alicia Allen - Project Support Officer

Diploma Project Management (currently studying) | Diploma of Accounting

Alicia is experienced in overseeing a multitude of responsibilities within the construction and mining sectors across Australia.  Her roles have encompassed managing a large portfolio of projects, directing project teams and technicians, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, including COVID-19 protocols. Additionally, responsibilities included documenting project lessons for future improvement, forecasting timelines and costs, and liaising with stakeholders for project monitoring and marketing purposes. These roles required meticulous coordination of logistics, resource management, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and delivery.

The position also entailed comprehensive project lifecycle management, from sales to execution. This involved maintaining internal project management systems, coordinating subcontractors and equipment, and leading team meetings to ensure alignment and progress. Furthermore, the role required proactive identification of budgetary constraints and application for contractual modifications where necessary. Overall, Alicia is well versed in the demands of projects requiring communication, and organisational skills to navigate the complexities of managing multiple projects simultaneously while driving continuous improvement across all aspects of project delivery.
